As a Three Time Olympic Medalist and World Champion I enjoy the opportunity to use my experience and knowledge to assist athletes who want to reach their highest potential. I know the frustration that goes on when one fails to reach an athletic goal. I also have experienced the joy of reaching dreams and understand what it takes to get there athletically.
My mission is to assist those athletes who want to reach their highest potential- but aren’t sure how to get there or have had disappointments with their current training program.
I continue to dedicate my life to teaching the success principle that has allowed me to recognize the true power within. I will help you to do the same. This is the only way I can help you to reach your highest potential.
I firmly believe that you too can, and will, reach your highest potential in life with the help of my philosophy: but you must first make the choice to be committed to applying these success principles that I teach.
80% of your success is mental, and 20% is doing the right activities. Without the right mental preparation you will never have the ability to see through all the illusions you encounter in life, to decide what you really want to experience, and then take the proper actions to manifest your dreams.
